I support individuals and couples through the emotional complexities of infertility and third-party reproduction, including IVF, donation, and surrogacy. My specialization in fertility psychology stems from witnessing how profoundly these challenges impact emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. I offer psychological evaluations for intended parents, donors, surrogates, and embryo recipients—services often required by clinics or agencies. These evaluations not only meet requirements but also help ensure emotional readiness and support as people take meaningful steps toward building their families.
I am a Certified Empowered Relief™ Instructor. Empowered Relief™ is an evidence-based, single-session pain class that rapidly equips patients with pain management skills. Over the course of 2 hours, attendees learn various ways to dampen pain processing in their central nervous system with easy-to-use skills. The class is skills based, includes experiential exercises, and participants complete a personalized plan for relief. The class helps quickly shift patients from being passive recipients of medical care to active participants in their pain care plan.
I have almost eighteen years of experience working with the Department of Defense, U.S. government and Intelligence communities. My work with assessment and selection, psychological evaluations, and Insider Threat realms has equipped me to provide individuals or organizations with specialized assistance around such matters. I have maintained a TS/SCI clearance since 2009 and my deep understanding of multicultural environments can aid in finding the solutions to the specific needs of your organization.
